Although Hands-On and OJT (On-The-Job-Training) are usually the preferred and most reliable method of learning and maintaining currency, web based instruction and information sharing can be an important part of your Professional Development. Utilizing these resources, you can earn Continuing Education credits, help fulfill requirements for the FAA's Wings program for pilots, the FAA's AMT Awards program for mechanics and even fulfill the requirements to renew your IA (Inspectors Authorization).
